Does the pillow come with an insert?
商品為枕套單售，出貨時會以真空壓縮包裝。若需加購枕心，請另外選購。
Our products are sold as pillow covers only and shipped in vacuum-sealed packaging. Pillow inserts are available separately.

2. 請問是否可退換貨？
Can I return or exchange my order?
如非商品瑕疵，恕不提供退換貨。若有瑕疵請於收到商品 3 日內來信聯繫我們。
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective. Please contact us within 3 days of receipt.

3. 下單後多久會出貨？
How soon will my order ship?
根據配送地址及建立訂單時間和庫存狀況有所不同。
下單後 1～3 個工作天內出貨，台灣本地配送約需 2～3 天抵達。
（實際配送時間依物流狀況而定，配送僅會於工作日進行）
Shipping times may vary based on the delivery address, time of order, and stock availability.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Domestic delivery in Taiwan usually takes 2–3 days.
(Actual delivery time is subject to logistics conditions, and delivery will only occur on business days.)

How long is the wait for pre-order items?
我們的商品皆為100%手工製作，若遇缺貨，追加期約30～60天不等。
Items require approx. 2 months for handmade production. We’ll notify you of any delays.

6. 如何清洗與保養？
How should I clean and care for the products?
✶ 棉麻 Cotton-Linen
柔軟透氣，適合四季使用。
Soft and breathable, perfect for year-round use.
• 輕拍灰塵，避免長期直曬。
Dust gently, avoid prolonged sunlight.
• 可手洗或放洗衣袋冷水機洗，避免漂白劑與柔軟劑。
Hand wash or use a laundry bag in cold gentle cycle. Avoid bleach and softeners.
• 請陰乾，勿高溫烘乾。
Air dry in shade. Do not tumble dry.
✶ 棉麻 Tumanggal
• 避免潮濕與曝曬。
Avoid humidity and direct sun.
•建議冷水手洗，勿機洗或浸泡。
Hand wash gently in cold water.
Do not machine wash, bleach, or soak.
•洗後輕壓陰乾即可，植物染料色澤略有變化屬自然現象。
Air dry in shade.
Natural dye colours may fade slightly over time.
✶ 藤編 Rattan
•避免潮濕與曝曬，保持乾燥通風。
Avoid humidity and sunlight. Keep dry and ventilated.
• 用乾布或毛刷清理灰塵。
Dust with a dry cloth or soft brush.
• 可用濕布輕擦，避免浸水。
Wipe with a damp cloth; avoid soaking.
•色澤與紋理略有差異屬自然現象。
Colour and texture may vary naturally.
✶ 棕櫚編織 Agel Item
•請避免潮濕與曝曬，保持乾燥通風。
Water-sensitive, best for dry areas.
• 定期乾擦、吸塵器清潔。
Dust regularly or vacuum gently.
•若沾水，請以乾布擦拭後陰乾。
If wet, wipe with a dry cloth and air dry in shade.
•因天然纖維特性，色澤與紋理略有差異。
Colour and texture may vary naturally due to plant fibers.
✶黃麻 Jute Item
•避免潮濕與曝曬，保持乾燥通風。
Avoid humidity and sunlight. Keep dry and ventilated.
•用乾布或毛刷清理灰塵。
Dust with a dry cloth or soft brush.
• 可用濕布輕擦，避免浸水。
Wipe with a damp cloth; avoid soaking the jute trim.
•天然纖維略有毛感與色差屬正常現象。
Slight texture or color variations are natural in jute fiber.

7. 手工商品會有色差或尺寸差異嗎？
Will handmade items have size or color differences?
商品皆為手工製作，約有 ±2cm 誤差與些許色差，屬正常現象。
Each piece is handmade, so minor variations (±2cm) and slight color differences are normal.

Where are the products made?
BELLUS 的商品由印尼峇里島當地工坊手工製作。
BELLUS products are handmade by artisans in Bali, Indonesia.

Are the fabrics itchy or uncomfortable?
選用天然材質，適合全年使用。
We use soft, breathable natural materials suitable for all seasons.

棉麻適合日常使用，黃麻與藤編及其他材質則適合裝飾用途。

實拍為自然光呈現，螢幕顯示與實品可能略有不同。

Are these suitable for outdoor use?
皆可放陽台，避免雨淋與曝曬。
All items are suitable for balconies, but avoid prolonged exposure to sun and rain.

Will sold-out items be restocked?
商品多為限量生產，售完不一定補貨，建議追蹤 IG / 訂閱通知。

目前無法指定時段，可備註偏好時間段，我們將轉達物流。

目前僅線上販售，若有市集或快閃店活動，會於 IG 公告。
